Local honey producer
We harvest a very small volume of honey from our 4 hive apiary. The bees forage in both woodland and wild flower meadows and so the honey is made from a wide range of sources, including cherry, apple, hawthorn, blackthorn, dandelion, clover, buttercup, borage and bramble. Fragrant, pale yellow, not too sweet and with hints of lemon, it is incredibly more-ish!
