About Welburn Honey House
What makes our honey special is that every batch is unique. The colour, flavour and texture reflect the flowers our bees have visited at that specific time, in our own little corner of North Yorkshire. 🍯 Our honey is extracted on a small scale in our own kitchen (which has a 5-star hygiene rating), gently strained to remove any bits of wax. Other than that, it’s left completely untouched, keeping its natural goodness and flavour.
