Our bees visit these blooms to create this mild, delicately floral honey with a naturally smooth texture. This honey crystallises quickly, creating the firm texture that set honey lovers enjoy. It's a completely natural process and a wonderful characteristic of pure, unprocessed honey. Perfect spread on warm toast, crumpets or freshly baked bread.
